Road Redemption now available for iOS and Android

A few weeks ago it was announced that Road Redemption, the spiritual successor to the legendary Road Rash, would soon be available for mobile. And that "soon" turned out to be "very soon", as the game is now officially available. In this ultra-violent racing game, you take on the role of the protagonist, a motorcyclist who beats his opponents to a pulp while using his great speed to get ahead of them.

Road Rash was a huge hit at the time of its release, along with Twisted Metal and Flatout, and introduced many people to the combat racer genre, yet relatively unexplored Road Redemption emulates many of the same but aims to enhance it with modern features and quality of life improvements, as well as additions such as new weapons and power-ups.

Road Redemption has been out on PC and consoles for quite some time now and has been very successful on both, so it's great that it's finally making the jump to mobile. This is perhaps a blessing in disguise, as the combat racer genre is rarely seen on mobile.

There's a bit of the same arcade racing style here, albeit with a greater emphasis on taking down opponents with bats and guns. You can beat your opponents with dirty tactics, or you can get ahead of them and finish first. This time, however, the goal is not simply to be the fastest on the throttle, but to be the fastest by any means.

In the desert, the city and many other tracks, you will get different weapons, fight against enemies and reach the finish line, upgrading your bike with every victory, earning more money and the chance to become the best roadster.

If you want to try Road Redemption for yourself, you can do so for absolutely zero dollars at any of the links below, so what are you waiting for? Let's crack some skulls right away.
