STIGMA is a mental health app whose mission is to normalize conversations about mental health by creating safe spaces for people to talk about their lives with misunderstood conditions. Check out STIGMA's stories of people sharing your experiences for living proof that you are not alone. Or, ask for or offer messages of HOPE via asynchronous video, audio or text message.
There are three great ways to connect with other members using our app:
View STIGMA Stories. Hearing others' stories increases our compassion for different lived experiences. In your STIGMA Stories feed, you can filter by any condition or lived experience that interests you.
Ask for HOPE. It's human to have good days and bad days. When you need a little support, simply record a message about how you feel and tell us who you want to share it with in the STIGMA community. We'll let you know when a HOPE message is waiting in your inbox.
Offer someone HOPE. Being kind feels good and is proven to improve your own mental and physical health. To brighten someone's day, go to your STIGMA dashboard to see a list of people who are struggling and offer them some support.

To install The STIGMA App on a PC we are going to need an Android emulator. We recommend using Bluestacks as it is one of the best on the market. To install it we will need a Windows 7 operating system or higher. Windows prior to version 7 will not work.

To be able to download The STIGMA App in your MAC you have to follow the same steps as for PC. You need an Android emulator and currently BlueStacks is the best and most powerful on the market.
