It may just be a scenario, but that doesn't mean Grandma's horror game is linear. Each time you play a new game, the objects will be randomly placed anywhere. For example, the car keys that you have purchased at the kitchen counter may end up in the living room in the next session.

Weapons do NOT kill grandmother
So you've finally completed all the parts of your shotgun and you say, "This should kill her." Unfortunately, this is not the case at all. You can shoot Grandma with a shotgun, a crossbow or a tranquilizer gun, but that doesn't mean she'll stay down forever. The worst part here is that she's just unconscious. At least that's better than having to crawl slowly around the house undetected.

Yes, she is immortal because of God knows what, so the best solution she should take is to complete all her items and get out of there as quickly as possible. No more dinner at Grandma's after this.

Just pick up the items if you are already going to use them
If you're going to pick up the wire cutters but then thought the keys should have been the priority, you're going to make a big mistake. Grandma's horror game will only allow you to hold one item at a time. If you need to swap items, you'll have to drop whatever you have, causing a heavy blow that will cause Grandma to charge in your direction.

If you have to drop an object, make sure you have a hideout nearby so that she can move away again after a while. Don't worry, all dropped objects will remain in that position until you pick them up.
